Unless a file carries a different notice, the following original project materials are licensed under the [Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License](LICENSES/CC-BY-NC-4.0.txt):

- Files under `media/`, including screenshots, GIFs, MP4 demos, and promotional images.
- Standalone particle-pattern preset files distributed by this project.
- Other promotional artwork explicitly marked `CC BY-NC 4.0`.

Required attribution:

> 3D Chladni media by Lykno, licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0.

This license permits sharing and adaptation with attribution for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires separate permission from the project owner.

## Exclusions

- Source code, build scripts, configuration, and project documentation are licensed under [Apache License 2.0](LICENSE).
- `app/assets/pulsebox-lofi-production-522875.mp3` is third-party Pixabay content and is governed only by the Pixabay Content License described in [THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md](THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).
- The `3D Chladni` and `Lykno` names, product identity, logos, and application icons are not licensed for use as trademarks or branding. All trademark rights are reserved.
- Third-party dependencies and assets remain under their respective licenses.
